At Taste of Italy, we strive to ensure that every guest has an excellent experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order or service, please review our refund policy below.

1. Cancellations

  • Table reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • For special events or private bookings, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Online Orders

  • If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Refunds After Consumption

  • We do not offer refunds for food or beverages once consumed, unless a clear issue is reported and verified (e.g. wrong item, spoiled product).
